ROE Forms Preview
Access this report to preview the Records of Employment (ROE) requested for your payroll. Use the preview for validation and review purposes only, as this is not the final ROE.
ROE Preview Features
- The ROE is not final until a serial number is attached during processing.
- This request does NOT generate serial numbers for the ROEs. All ROEs contain 'DRAFT' as the serial number and a 'Draft' watermark background.
- The first page (PAGE 1) of each ROE is displayed. At the end of the ROE Report, following all of the forms, Powerpay display one PAGE 2 (back of the ROE) image. Page 2 is the same for all ROEs.
- Powerpay displays the ROE in the language preference of the employee for whom the ROE was created.
- All company correspondence between the ROE issuer and Service Canada is in the language preference set for the issuer's company.

This chart displays the number of consecutive pay periods reported in Boxes 15A, 15B, and 15C of the ROE.
The number of pay periods reported on the ROE may be less if the period of employment was shorter or an ROE was previously produced.

Navigate to the
Powerpay displays a message that explains how your payroll preview request is handled.

Click the Request button.
If you do not want to wait for your request to be completed, you can log off from Powerpay and return to the Preview page later.
- Click the ROE forms button.
- If any values are incorrect, make note of the errors and correct them on the or the appropriate data page, and then request a new preview to confirm the corrected data.
- If an error generates, review ROE error messages -Troubleshooting.
- If required, run the preview again to verify that your ROEs are correct. Run as many previews as necessary until you are satisfied.
